Hidden high in the Catskill Mountains, StoneRidge Cabin is a true rustic experience located on 50 secluded acres in the hamlet of Charlotteville, New York, just 3 hours from New York City.
The property abuts Clapper Hollow State Forest, offering nearly 1,000 acres of hiking trails, streams, swim holes, waterfalls, fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling. And at 2,300 ft elevation, the mountain views go on for miles.
StoneRidge Cabin offers ten rooms spread out over 3,000 square feet across one level. We have created an enchanting atmosphere with stunning rustic chic decor, sumptuous handmade furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Timothy Oulton, Ralph Lauren, as well as local artisans, and beguiling vintage and retro objects of curiosity. Four spacious bedrooms, each with Queen beds, offer accommodations for up to eight guests.

Plattekill Mountain is the Catskills premiere family ski resort offering 38 trails of terrain for skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing. Call ahead or buy your lift tickets online - Plattekill doesn’t overcrowd the mountain and will stop selling lift tickets when capacity is reached.

History buffs will want to pay a visit to the OLD STONE FORT, a Revolutionary War Fort built in 1772 and garrisoned by the 5th NY Continental Regiment, now home to a museum complex. You can still see a cannonball hole in the rear of the building!
